Our methodology is grounded in appreciative inquiry theory. Appreciative inquiry is an approach to organisational analysis and learning that in our experience fosters understanding and innovation. By applying appreciative inquiry methods individuals and organisations are facilitated to consider their power, enabling them to see possibilities and encouraging them to take positive steps towards change were necessary.
